Purpose

We process the information you provide  us with the aim of managing and improving the provision of products and services  directly (and via the website). To this end, we send newsletters with updates of products and services, as well as different marketing and advertising activities with the advantages of by our products and services.

When the user becomes a customer, we use these data to carry out purchases, invoicing and provision of services.

We keep your personal data unless you indicate that you no longer wish to be a user of our website or exercise your right of cancellation. If you have made purchases or receive services in exchange for payment, your data are kept during the period necessary to ensure compliance with the obligations arising from the corresponding agreement and while cancellation is not requested or any previous cancellations are not implemented.

 

Under what authority is your data processed?

The legal basis for processing your personal data is the express consent granted when sending us your data after being informed of the reason for collecting them.

If you are our customer, the legal basis for processing your personal data will be the execution of the applicable sale or services agreement  , as your data are necessary to proceed with the provision of the products and/or services.

 

Disclosure of data to third parties

We may disclose your data to other companies contracted by HISPATEC LDA. solely and exclusively for the purposes indicated above. 
The users data  will be disclosed to data processors that provide services to HISPATEC LDA., all of whom will be subject to the General Data Protection Regulation, considering that they are within the territory of the European Union.

 

Rights of data subjects

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data and to request rectification of inaccurate data or, where applicable, request its erasure.

In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the restriction of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep such data for the exercise or defence of legal claims and obligations. When their relationship with HISPATEC LDA is terminated, data subjects will be entitled to receive the data we hold in a commonly used, machine-readable format.

In order to exercise your rights, please send an email to hispatec.info@gmail.com attaching a copy of your National Identity Document and indicating the rights you wish to exercise. In the event of  objection and restriction of the processing, the reasons for requesting these measures must be indicated.

By sending an e-mail to the specified address, you may request at any time, with no need to attach a copy of your National Identity Document, that you no longer wish to receive  any commercial information, without prejudice to any information that may have been sent up until that time.

HISPATEC LDA has a period of one month to recognise the rights exercised, with the possibility of extending it by another month if  there are reasons justifying such extension. Following this period, if you consider that your rights have not been recognised, you may have resort to the Spanish Data Protection Agency to request enforcement of your rights. Security

HISPATEC LDA. has adopted the technical measures necessary to prevent unauthorised alteration, loss, process or access to the personal data provided by the user. Due to the nature of data processing and the information we use, there is no serious risk for data subjects. Notwithstanding the above and in the event of any undue access to data that could involve serious negative consequences for data subjects, HISPATEC LDA will duly inform data subjects so that the appropriate measures may be taken.
